  • The event is on Saturday, July 25th.

  • Please have everything ready by 6:30 PM. Doors open to guests at 7:00 PM.

  • We have a small prep kitchen available. Please note that it will follow a rotating schedule so everyone gets time to use it efficiently.

  • No open flame or fire is allowed on-site. You’ll be provided with an electric cooking burner if needed.

  • We’ll ONLY provide:

    • Rice bowls

    • Utensils

    • Table and tablecloth

    Things out of our list will not be provided.

  • We are not providing lodging, but a room block will be available. You can either book both rooms or use the provided link to arrange your stay. You may also check the discount here.

  • Yes! You and your team will receive two general admission tickets to the festival.

  • You may bring team members, but please note that only two will receive festival tickets.

  • Yes, you're welcome to sell cookbooks and seasonings at your table. But please take note that we are not in charge of your merchandise (No POS will be provided or available to be used on site)

  • No, this is a community-centered event, and there is no chef participation fee.
